What are the shipping fees ?
Shipping is free for all customers living at West Malaysia.
Minimum of RM 8.50* will apply to East Malaysia customers. Additional fees may apply.
For International customers, please contact us HERE to get the shipping fee rates.
How do I know if my order has been shipped out ?
An email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel has been shipped out from us.
Which courier company is VOODZ using ?
For local shipping orders, we use GDEX. You can use their traking system to track your parcel with the tracking number provided by us.
